  • If you are eligible to continue, you or your parent/child will receive the screener survey by text or
    e-mail. This brief survey (10-15 min) will ask additional questions to determine your eligibility for the PACE Vermont Survey study.

  • If you are not eligible, you will not receive further communication from our study team.

Data rates may apply if you choose to receive the survey through text message. 

**Check your spam folders and "Promotions" tab (Gmail) for PACE Vermont Survey e-mails.
