Support for Family

“Before PACE, we didn’t realize how much stress we were under.   We no longer have to worry about every detail like doctors appointments,  going to the pharmacy, getting the help we need when we need it.”   - Jayne, PACE participant’s daughter

“I was in the hospital for six days but I didn’t have to worry.  The program here took care of everything for my wife.  You don’t know what a relief that was.”  - Bob, PACE participant’s husband

PACE medical staff are on call 24-hours per day, 365 days per year.

Respite allows family to take vacation or attend to other responsibilities.  PACE works with local nursing homes and residential care homes to provide respite services.

Support from the PACE Social Worker is available to family members.
